Lauren is a natural communicator. From early production work to her love of public speaking, she has spent more than two decades honing the craft of clear, compelling communication.
As a public relations leader, Lauren blends her journalistic roots with extensive experience in social media management, external communications, and crisis response. Her career has spanned breaking international news stories, creating exclusive content for wellness brands and professional sports teams, and developing socially driven campaigns for nonprofit organizations. Whether interviewing influential changemakers, drafting op-eds for C-suite leaders, or writing self-help pieces for millennial audiences, Lauren has built a reputation for crafting stories that resonate and move people.
After earning her degree in U.S. History and Political Science, Lauren began her career as a News Apprentice at CBS News. That opportunity led her to 30 Rock, where she served as an anchor producer on a live MSNBC show, working alongside some of the industry’s most talented journalists. Serving as a liaison between English- and Spanish-language networks on major international stories underscored for her the power—and necessity—of effective communication.
These experiences inspired her to pursue a Master’s Degree in Communication, deepening her understanding of the art and impact of storytelling.
Lauren’s journey began at just thirteen when she co-created, produced, and hosted NBC-6’s “Teen Talk,” interviewing notable figures such as Pitbull, Nick Carter, Andy Garcia, Maria Sharapova, Romero Britto, Gloria and Emilio Estefan, Russell Simmons, Rev Run, and Debbie Allen. She also guest-hosted a live radio segment on Fox News Radio, further expanding her early media experience.
